Jillian Michelle Smith is a mission-driven marketing and theatre professional with over five years of experience developing creative campaigns, building community-centered brands, and leading inclusive, results-oriented projects. As a neurodivergent artist and marketer, she brings a distinct, outside-the-box perspective to branded storytelling—blending artistry and analytics to grow audiences, elevate underrepresented voices, and foster engaged, loyal communities across both digital and in-person platforms.

Through her production company, Jillian Michelle Entertainment LLC, Jillian has produced original and reimagined theatrical concerts Off-Broadway and Off-West End. As lead producer and director, she manages large, diverse casts and creative teams—overseeing every stage of development from concept and casting to rehearsals, budgeting, marketing, and audience engagement.

In 2022, she helped lead the initial wave of Gen Z producers at 54 Below, setting the stage for more emerging voices in the NYC cabaret scene. Her productions are known not only for their sold-out status, but for the vibrant community they create—fueled by viral TikTok and Instagram campaigns, strategic influencer partnerships, and collaborative leadership that brings both performers and audiences together.

Her producing work includes 54 Sings Barbie—including multiple encores and a London transfer—The Pink Doll Cabaret, The Little Mersisters, 54 Sings Ariana Grande, and more, all featuring a blend of Broadway, West End, and emerging talent. Jillian is passionate about fostering inclusive, collaborative environments where bold, community-centered theatre can thrive.

In addition to producing, Jillian has over seven years of experience building, growing, and managing brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Whether launching from the ground up or elevating an existing platform, she has a proven track record of creating strategically curated content that drives engagement, builds online community, and delivers real-world results—from increased conversions to brand visibility and business growth.
She is fluent in Canva and CapCut, and has extensive experience designing promotional graphics for both digital and physical platforms. Her work includes logos, websites, event flyers, social media content, and branded visuals tailored to the unique energy and audience of each project.

Jillian also brings extensive experience in event planning and leadership, having executed everything from immersive theatrical children's parties to large-scale corporate brand activations. She has earned over a dozen company awards for her coordination of on-site events, influencer activations, and VIP experiences. Jillian has also partnered with a wide range of organizations—from local small businesses to world-renowned five-star hotels—to enhance guest engagement and community outreach.
